There is no better partner for Job Sites than EmploymentCrosssing.com. The service they provide is exclusive to members of the job board. This means the number of people who apply for the positions are limited and so is the competition. Employers with jobs do not have to pay for posting on the Job Sites. The members pay a small monthly fee to use the job board. A. Harrison Barnes was the first one to offer free posting to employers. He thought all the other job boards had the plan backwards. They would charge up to $500 a posting but Barnes goal is to serve the job seeker so he goes out to find all the jobs available for members on Job Sites. Public job boards that make money by posting advertisements actually are more focused towards earning profits rather than helping job seekers find a suitable job from job sites.
